چکیده
Research questionWhat are the long-term costs and effects of oil- versus water-based contrast in infertile women undergoing hysterosalpingography (HSG)?DesignThis economic evaluation a follow-up multicentre randomized controlled trial involved 1119 to HSG with (n = 557) or 562) Netherlands.ResultsIn oil-based group, 39.8% needed no other treatment, 34.6% underwent intrauterine insemination (IUI) 25.6% had IVF/intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) 5 years following HSG. In 35.0% 34.2% IUI 30.8% IVF/ICSI (P 0.113). After follow-up, using resulted equivalent (mean cost difference –€144; 95% confidence interval [CI] –€579 +€290; P 0.515) for 5% increase cumulative ongoing pregnancy rate compared (80% 75%, Relative Risk (RR) 1.07; CI 1.00–1.14). Similarly, –€50; –€576 +€475; 0.850) 7.5% live birth (74.8% 67.3%, RR 1.11; 1.03–1.20), making it dominant strategy. Scenario analyses suggest that medium is strategy up price €300.ConclusionOver 5-year an was associated rate, similar contrast.

simulation and experimental studies for prediction mineral scale formation in oil field during mixing of injection and formation water
abstract: mineral scaling in oil and gas production equipment is one of the most important problem that occurs while water injection and it has been recognized to be a major operational problem. the incompatibility between injected and formation waters may result in inorganic scale precipitation in the equipment and reservoir and then reduction of oil production rate and water injection rate. ...
Analysis of oil price behavior in the short term and long term based on the strategy of producers
